I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although clean and with helpful staff, could use some improvements like stained grouting and a small size. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent service, especially Angela who was very caring. The location was convenient for easy access to the airport and main roads, but the parking situation left me a bit uneasy. The dining options were a bit inconsistent, with limited choices and missing items. The hotel facilities were decent overall.

After waiting a while, the room was very clean with helpful staff. However, it could do with a revamp as the grouting and sealant in the shower were stained, and the shelf above the sink was not level, which was inconvenient for holding toiletries. The room felt more like a single, although the en-suite bathroom was about the same size as the room.

The staff was second to none, very friendly, and helpful, especially Angela who was really caring. All other staff members were also excellent, and I would stay again due to their easy access to the airport and main roads.

The location was handy with parking at the back of the hotel, although I was not happy about parking my car away from the hotel. The close proximity to the bus stop for going into town was convenient, but the unloading of lorries in the small hours and the surprisingly industrial/poor housing outlook were disappointing. Additionally, finding that the bathroom stank was not pleasant.

The dining experience was a bit all over the place. The food was buffet style, but only small quantities were put out at a time, and there were occasional charges that were of concern. While it was okay, there was no butter as it hadn't been delivered as expected.
